Skills Assessments Update for Engineers

From 1 November 2017 Engineers Australia have announced that they will accept PTE (Pearson Academic) test results as a part of the skills assessment application. The minimum score for an applicant is 50 in each of the 4 modules.

For Engineers who have practiced in a country where Engineering is a regulated profession, Engineers Australia now wants evidence of registration included in the skills assessment application.

Pakistan is now a full signatory of the Washington Accord. That means that applicants who hold a qualification which is accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the Washington Accord list can now apply via the accredited qualifications pathway – if completed on or after 2017.
